Orders need at least 24 hours to process
Our delivery driver will leave your order bagged and on the doorstep after ringing the bell. You will also get an email/SMS acknowledgement of delivery.
Once delivered the balloons remain in the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund requests and returns are not accepted under any circumstances whilst the shop remains closed.
Delivery Times:
AM = between 09:00am and 12:00 Mid Day
PM = between 12:00 Mid Day and 15:00pm
Latex balloons have a 12-hour life span once filled with helium. We use a formula to give them 4 times that.
All balloons must be kept at room temperature (21C)to preserve its life span.
